You can contact talent directly through one-to-one messaging. Open a talent’s profile and use the chat feature, or go to the Messaging section, select Personal Chat, search for the talent, and start a conversation.
Yes. Production houses can create multiple projects simultaneously and hire multiple talents based on specific roles and availability.

The owner of the production house must visit the Producer sign-up page on the Talent Grid website and fill out the form. The team will verify the information and convert your talent account into a producer account within up to 48 hours.
Spot a talent that excels? Save each talent profile with only the films you liked, a priority score, and a note — so when you’re crewing up, your shortlist is already ready.
If a film is missing, tap Add New Film. Enter the production house name, film title, film link (YouTube or Vimeo only), and the crew link from a social media post by the production house that includes all crew details. Once submitted, it will be reviewed by the backend team and added after approval.
Tap the three dots on the film icon and select Report Film. Choose the appropriate reason, enter the film URL (posted by the production house with credits), and add any notes. Then click Report. Note: Instagram and Facebook links are not supported.

Producers prefer talent with an updated calendar, and maintaining it can improve your search ranking. The most active users appear at the top of search results. Keeping your calendar updated also creates a sense of urgency, as producers can see your enquiries, tentative bookings, and confirmed bookings.
